I just bought an EV9 and went through the process to remove the previous owner. When trying to activate the car in Kia connect it just spins on the accept term and conditions page and in the infotainment center when I try to delete the previous owner it says network issues. I’ve called the Kia connect center and they said maybe it a recall number SA637 but they aren’t sure. Anybody else experience this and maybe know a fix?
