Hi everyone! Me and my house want to hand in our two month notice as per the new rights installed. Our original end date to the contract is 4/9/2026 but we would like to leave a month early. If anyone has handed in their notice, how did you go about it and do you have any advice for us in which way to go about this? Any help would be much appreciated thank you!

Hello! I was wondering if anyone knew with the new renters rights if I could give my 2 months notice with just renting a room inside a house. There are three of us living here and we split the rent but only I want to leave early. I was wondering if without being the lead tenant that I could hand in my notice personally and the other people could stay or would we all have to leave? Thank you for any help!!
