Capitalism, and also Just Life itself, thrives on the fear of death:

why do you work? To not die of Hunger

Why do you not rebel? To not get shot by the cops

Why do you seek success and fullfillment? To not die and leave nothing worth Remembering

And so on with everything else you do.

But in cruelty Squad, immortality Is so universal that its become a problem, death Is nothing, and Life has an indefinite lenght.

So why does the world keep working kinda like ours does? Nothing has much importance anymore, you would assume that people stopped caring about upholding the system and started doing whatever the fuck they wanted, but they didnt, why?

I know the odds are small, but i really Need it

As far as i know, we never see It happend in game, but lets Say you lived in the cruelty Squad universe, if so, would It be possible for love to find its way to you?

I know its a stupid question, the answer Is probably no, but i still wanted a second opinion
