Should a resume summary always be a paragraph or can you use bullets? Which of my resumes is better?

Seeking: corporate customer service/experience role or SDR/BDR (SaaS)

Please evaluate in terms of formatting. Ik the second one is probably too long and my education isn't always relevant. But if I'm going to use a resume, which format is better? I cannot remember who told me to start doing this but I've always used bullet points in the summary. Am I doing the wrong thing?

I'm looking for a more corporate customer service/experience role or SDR. I just want to get out of retail.

Applied to around 120 jobs, two interviews, one of them I got because I cold called the manager (SDR role). I'm learning how to do interviews, but for now I need to know if my resume is okay or if I'm messing up somewhere.

Note: I need to change the 30% program thing. More accurately, I got 1/3 customers to join in store programs.

Other than that, what is missing on here?
