begginer help 🙏

I’ve only been riding a few times, but today I spent a full session practicing standing pedalling and I’ve finally started to feel confident doing it.

Now I’m not sure what I should work on next.

What skills should I focus on in order, and what does a good progression roadmap look like for a beginner?

I’ve got access to a pump track and some basic trails, and my goal is to eventually get comfortable with jumps and more technical riding.

Any advice or step-by-step progression would be really appreciated.

beginner help!!!

I’ve got a pump track near my house and I really want to use it properly but I’m basically a complete beginner (only ridden like 3 times 😭).

Right now I’m struggling with even simple stuff like standing up while pedalling so I feel like I’m not getting much out of the track.

I’ve heard pump tracks are really good for improving bike control but I don’t actually know what I should be focusing on or what order to learn things in.

Could anyone give me a progression list or some tips? Like:

What should I learn first?

How do I know if I’m doing it right?

Any help would be appreciated 🙏
