Who actually survives/counters/evades this and doesn't get blitz and one shot?
I genuinely don't think anyone other than arguably Gojo wouldn't get immediately blitz and one shot by this attack. Maybe sukuna if you wank him enough and yuji if you vibe scale to the max. Pre awakening Dabura is already narratively equal to sukuna.
