ADD/ADHD Medication and Health Forms United States | Focalin

Wondering what the process is like for a Ritalin( more specifically focalin/dexmethylphinidate) in the exam/health forms part of the application. My dose is low and I can get a doctor to write that it is mild and doesn’t cause any problems, which in truth it doesn’t it just makes it easier to concentrate. Need to know whether or not this will cause disqualification, if so will not mentioning it in the forms be a problem. Do medical examiners have the ability to view your PDMP state controlled substance perscription database. If so what prompts them to look at it or do they always look at it. Can someone please provide additional information here.

Attending a maritime academy soon and want to know if past prescriptions for example an antipsychotic that I’m currently off of right now. Will come up on the medical review if I disclose my ADHD med. My concern is them viewing my pharmacy records and asking questions that will dq me. If I list one med are they going to look into my entire med history, I’ve been off the meds I am concerned about for far over 30 days which I understand is the disclosure relevancy cutoff. How does the pharmacy records viewing work. Do I need to go off my ADHD med in order for them to not initiate view in to my pharmacy records?
