MMRDA Notice - Unauthorised Construction in Kasheli - Kalher area.
In Kasheli, multiple buildings have received notices from MMRDA for unauthorized construction. It seems like a large part of this area has similar issues, where buildings may not have proper approvals.
Many of the buyers bought flats in good faith with registered agreements and Gram Panchayat approved documents provided by builders.
Now why does MMRDA wake-up all of sudden and servicing these notices, why they have not stopped it earlier when construction was started.
Lots of innocent buyers who can't afford a home in the main city and wanted their own home get trapped into this.
New constructions are still continuing in this area people are still buying with gram Panchayat approved property.
I am just trying to understand how much legal this is and how only a builder can do all this without involvement of a higher level.
