So other folks don't have to go through the experience.

There were multiple problems with this product and the company that supplied it.

I purchased a three-month supply from their website because Amazon was much more expensive. I got the three-month supply because I figured if it worked, I would save an additional $30 bucks. If not, I had a 30-day no-questions-asked guaranteed refund to fall back on.

The first indication that I had made a bad decision was when I didn't get my order for 15 days. I tried to call the support line listed on their website, and it went to voicemail, saying they didn't accept voice calls at that number, but would accept texts. So I texted, and got a reply that they do not accept text messages at that number, so I should e-mail them. So I e-mailed and got a reply a couple of days later that said they were busy fulfilling orders and it would be sent soon. I got it a couple of days later. Sent on the day I sent the e-mail inquiring.

So a bit later I received the package, which fortunately arrived intact, if not a bit crushed with very little padding. It could have easily been damaged. Three glass bottles in thin cardboard boxes in another small box with a thin sheet of foam.

I was excited to try it out, so I opened a bottle and went to get the 1.5 ml dose out of it, using the supplied dropper attached to the lid, but it had no graduations or other indications of volume marked on it at all. It would only take in a third of the dropper, and I found that 1.5 ml was almost a full dropper. You are supposed to take that 1.5 ml and apply it sublingually (under the tongue) and keep it there for 90 seconds. I knew that wasn't going to happen because just the smell of this stuff is incredibly repulsive. I certainly wasn't going to do it three times to get a whole dose like that. The next step was to mix it with water, as the instructions stated could be done. Of course, you don't get the full effect that way. And it still tastes like shit! I swear, I thought perhaps it was a mixture of sewer water and concentrated, crushed-up flowers.

So I tried this for a week. I used an 8-ounce glass of water to mix in the 1.5ml of NAD+ Men's Complex every day for 7 days. I can't say I felt anything, but stuff like this sometimes takes a long time to feel anything. Most times, you don't realize they were helping until you stop them. It made no difference, though; each time I took it, I gagged harder. This stuff is not for me. So I contacted them through the email link to get a return.

The first thing they sent was a link to their return policy, which said that I must return the item within three days of receipt. And that they reserved the right to change their return policy at any given time with no given notice.

I replied to them with a screenshot of their website, where it showed the 30-day return policy, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Then I called my bank to dispute the payment. Roan replied with a link to their return policy again.

So, I don't recommend dealing with this company or buying that supplement. I should have known better, so now you can be advised regarding this product.
