Is this a good job offer?
Hello ,I am in the process of setting up a business in the upcoming months and one of the issues is hiring people to help
Business is gonna be production of goods .and since it's gonna be new I do not wish to have specialized workers like one for sales and one for sales ,one for accounting...ect and then be in tight position if business doesn't generate enough revenue to pay for all of that
So as is the case in small startup businesses ,people would have to wear many hats ,so one guy can handle production and be sales guy
Besides a good pay ,Iam thinking about a profit sharing scheme where business shares a certain percentage of profits it makes with it's workers ,so they would get pay plus bonus from profits that would be as good as the business is doing ,so I think it would make workers think like an owner and basically sort of like partners .what do you think ?
