Hello!! I’m working with an artisanal destilado de agave project from Oaxaca, Mexico and I’m trying to connect with bars or cocktail spots that focus on mezcal or agave spirits across China and Asia.

I know the scene is still growing in places like Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Seoul but it’s been pretty difficult to actually find or reach these bars from the outside, especially in China. If anyone has insight on how people usually find these spots or connect with them I’d really appreciate it. I’m planning to book a trip this summer to go out there in person and start building those relationships directly.
