Academic Integrity Process

Good Morning Everyone,

I will share a few details about myself. I’m a current UCSD student who has already had an academic integrity violation, and has underwent the hearing/decision/sanction process. I have a few questions, does anyone feel that they dealt with unjust policies during your case? Please be transparent I want this to be safe space to have communication, and as students unite together. Have any of you been falsely accused but still accepted the accusations out of fear? Has anyone actually won an AIRB II hearing? What’s everyone’s opinions about the new protocols and extents when it comes to the policies? Were you treated fairly? Did you get your questions answered? Please share I’m willing to take further action in order to make a change in policies so we as students have an actual rightful and fair process. Thank you for taking the time to read this it, but it cannot only be me. I know a lot of you have faced discrepancies/discrimination you’re scared to hide. This is class action level if you understand the internal systems. I would love to hear from all — current students and alumni! Please feel safe and share your story it deserves to be heard, not everything needs to be one sided to the Professor.
