The last few months I’ve had a day where I think my period is starting 1-2 days early. Super light spotting and more discharge throughout the day. It’s enough that I freak out about feeling anything as I don’t want a sudden mess.
Then it goes away for a day or so and comes back as an actual period.
My cycle has been 21 days for close to 3 years (about to turn 45).

What’s up with this? Is it a peri thing, or should I bring it up?
