Hey everyone,

Just went through a SWE onsite and the recruiter got back saying the team passed because it “might not be the best fit for the team right now” However, they're still looking into other teams for me.

I thought my technical performance was pretty strong (coding & system design). I really care about Anduril’s mission and want to be part of the company, so I’m trying to figure out what this feedback actually means. Is this usually code for culture/personality fit? Can Anduril be picky on candidates and reject them despite strong technical performance?

Anyone been in a similar spot? Any tips on how to improve my chances with the next team?
