Made this extremely loose concept doodle based on my Running Theory for Deltarune Chapter 5, where I used the hats that appeared in the Mike Room to theorize about the potential designs that could be seen in the future through foreshadowing:

As part of that theory, I made loose concepts for several darkners based on those hats:

And the thought did kind of occur to me....something missing....the golden flower doesn't have a hat assoociated with it....but there is one hat that is mysteriously missing.......Ralseis Old Hat.......

Was replaying some Deltarune to do some save file prepping for the routes, an an interesting thought came to me once I reached MIKE'S Room

The hats, they are some oddly specific choices in hat shape, hell interesting they were brought at all, cowboy hat hidden away too

Then I kinda noticed that each hat also had a few odd choice colors, an orange top had, green sun hat, baby blue cap

So a thought brewed in my mind, since there were 6 of them, what IF....these 6 hats are meant to potentially foreshadow the Flowers in Asgores Shop, and since they are colored very strongly after the human souls, what if each hat matched the "Role" of the darkners

So, I tried pairing up some different hats with different flowers, first the ones that matched colors directly, then gave cowboy hat to yellow for justice, and for the remaining two I approched more on vibes of what the hats feel like

Maybe These hats ARE the roles the flower darkners will all have, each hat for each main color, and as for the Golden One, I have a feeling that flower will be close by Asgores Side, potentially acting as a Faux Prince for Asgores Flower Kingdom

Let me know what y'all think of this idea, and see if y'all could maybe expand on what each darkner COULD be like
