I'm bang on 5'0" and am somewhat of a picky eater!

What I ate today on a random day out:

Drinks ~330:

Jasmine peach tea, 30% sweetness w/ watermelon jelly (would get 50% sweet next time)

Mogu Mogu ice tea (evening sugar)

Lunch ~450: (I usually only have a light snack for lunch)

Mini cucumber roll, Veggie tempura roll, soy sauce + ginger + wasabi

Dinner ~570:

Chapagetti (first time trying it!)

Added shredded chicken (Would add beef next time)

Today ended around 1300 cal, though I didn't finish my dinner or all the boba ^^. I prioritize eating food that I enjoy now, so this example might not be good for everyone. Don't come at my macros, baby steps for me!

Added my 6 month progress, 144lb down to 128 today :)
