Suffered severe asthma when I was a kid but stopped taking any kind of medication from puberty onwards. Now in my 30's and the past months I've been more aware that exercising is eliciting an asthmatic response even when I regularly work out.

So I thought to go see a Pulmonologist about getting an inhaler again and decided to ask Claude to read through my 2 years of Apple Health data to prep me a report for my Doctor's visit and what it gave me was more revealing to me far more than I expected.
