I can't do 1 flight without this message appearing. Its only been happening since su5 but is there any fix at all?

I can’t access my EA account because the email was deleted. My PSN is still linked so I can’t create a new EA account or play online. EA Help keeps looping me into sign-in and I can’t reach a human. Has anyone fixed this?
