I’m Hurt.

I took my ochem 2 final and it was rough. I’ve had some ups and downs throughout the semester with it, two exams being high B’s, one a mid C, and one was a lowww D. I had an 83 in the class and was honestly happy with it. My GPA is correctly a 5.54 after my first semester of stem classes and commuting to school while also working resulted in a C in physics and a C in bio. I’ve been doing really good working on that upward trend with two B’s after and the rest A’s. Organic 1 was over the summer and accelerated and was a solid B. My expected BCPM GPA (using my schools BCPM calculator) was going to be a 3.6 if I kept the organic 2 B. But this final, which I studied for nearly 12 hours on, was the hardest exam I’ve ever taken. I bombed it and got a 53.3% (80/150) and it is 20% if the grade. It dropped me to a 77 which is of course a C. Now my upward trend just took a hit and my BCPM gpa is gonna be a 3.55. I am just so upset about the hit to my upward trend and very disappointed in myself for not securing the B and breaking back into that 3.6 gpa range. Fuck.

Hey, I have the OCHEM 2 final tomorrow and I have an 83% in class. I really want to keep a B and have been studying hard, but I wanted to see if anyone who was in the section that took it yesterday or someone that took it last year could offer any advice or tips for Dr. Osbourns final. It feels weird that we do everything online then suddenly switch to a paper final. Anything would be appreciated
