What about those who haven’t been in the RIF?
I’m looking for a post from someone who talked about the work overload of those we left behind after the RIF. He was talking about how to deal with it, how to tell the manager to prioritize. It’s very important, I would appreciate it if you could resend or locate me because I haven’t been able to find it.
