Tl;dr: First car, emi long tenure and prepayment/foreclosure a good idea? Query about Addons while purchasing. tips/hacks for best price, addons etc.
I am going to buy my first car. It would be probably be an i20 sportz. Stretching above 8.2-8.3 lakh on road is getting so confusing as it opens up a whole lot of options and I really can't decide between them due to lack of experience with cars and am scared to take test rides too
i20 seems like a good car overall for first time from cabin experience to mileage and power. I did love the venue and creata suv feel but settling for i20 due to budget and experience too.
My usage is city rides and hills on weekends with long trips in few months to my hometown

Is it a good idea to get a longer tenure loan and prepay after a few years or foreclosure completely freeing up some liquidity for car and other exepsnes?
I am going to go multiple Hyundai showrooms to get the best quote out of them but any other hacks? tips?
Is this a good month to buy? I can wait. The salesperson told me that on Diwali/Dec you do get good offers but the net value is the same due to same tricks that they do. Don't know if it was the truth.
What other accessories, warranty, fuel etc should I ask while purchasing? Don't wanna miss out on anything.
