Please help give my azalea life

When we moved here, this beauty was vibrant and full. Over the last couple of years, she’s really gone down hill. The first few pictures are of it bloomed. At this point I had pruned out all the branches that were dead. Now that it’s done blooming, now what? I’ve read a big pruning helps? If that’s the case, I need details on how and to what extent. I’ve also found there is soil mix for azaleas, would that help? How can I nurse my favorite bush back to life? She’s sad and I’m sad, please help.

My old doll house made its way back to me but it’s in desperate need of some TLC. I’ve found the stickers on Etsy, but need suggestions on removing what is there now. My biggest concern (as far as I know) is the yellowing and rust. I’m nervous to take it apart too much in fear of breaking pieces of plastic off as everything is still pretty well intact. Any suggestions on getting the ole girl close to her old self is greatly appreciated!
