Long nails? Short nails? Tips or natural? Polished or no?
My nails are natural and mid length. I usually am wearing them with a neutral color or French or just clear polish.
She's new. She asked me for my assistance with an in house system. I obliged. However, as I was assisting, she was dismissing everything and going back and forth with me.
Each direction I gave, she argued against. I was so exhausted and she took up a good portion of my morning because of her disagreeing and back and forth questions.
I soon told her, ok, maybe ask someone else to assist you? No, she continued to call me over to go with the back and forth again.
She finally took my advice and did it the company way, as I was instructing her, but then she still kept insisting that she could have done it another way.
My thing is this. If you don't agree with what I am telling you, go ask someone else. I am very bad at ping pong 🏓. LOL. Also, when new hires come along, sometimes they get in their head how they were used to doing one thing somewhere else and expect it to be the same elsewhere. She literally wore me out and now I don't want to help her anymore, as she took up most of my morning by not listening to me, going against everything I was telling her. I didn't create the system!
