Hi,

I saw this on a website and I want to make sure the translation is correct:

>dha kuntu a’rifu ma huwa al-hub, fahadha bi-fadlik – اذا كنت أعرف ما هو الحب، فهذا بفضلك

>Translation: “If I know what love is, it is because of you.”

Is this gendered or neutral? If it is not neutral, how would I make it neutral to just be a quote for artwork?

And lastly, would it stay the same for Egyptian Arabic?
