Pmdd and perimenopause

I’m just getting started with perimenopause and it’s been most noticeable my last 5 cycles. My recently cycle, my first day of bleeding I had a horrible migraine, down into my neck as well. Low grade fever and extreme fatigue. Woke up the next day mostly fine, just still a bit of fatigue. Is this a typical peri experience or is this more leaning pmdd/peri?

Skincare routine

I have flaky dry skin now due to hormonal changes and strong actives have never been tolerated by my sensitive skin regardless. The last 5 months have been terrible for my skin. I’ve curated a routine that has been seemingly helpful as I was able to wear foundation today without it looking dehydrated. I’m mostly just curious if any of these products would be considered unnecessary due to another product. I’m not looking to change my routine as it is working. Just curious to learn more

January-April empties

Hair, body, skincare empties separated by category. The skin1004 serum was to die for with my perimenopause dryness. I’ll definitely be getting that whole dove hair line again as well. The la Roche lip and neutrogena lip are HG for me now too.

Edit to add more details. I was in a rush earlier headed to work.

Most of those are my regulars that I stick with. Others were gratis I received at work. The redkin was gratis, it was meh. Gave a nice shine but didn’t outlast the dove mask. The centella ampoule was a new try. I loved it. My skin has switched from oily to dry and flaky the last 6 months with hormonal changes. I added that product to my routine and saw results quickly. Seemingly longer lasting than the other products I’ve tried for the dryness. The hydro boost is another HG. I use the moisturizer for work shifts. It pairs better under my makeup than the tatcha I use. The mouth wash is by far my favorite. I got the full size recently. Tree hut speaks for itself I think. The frenshe lotion felt nice but didn’t moisturize a lick. The bath and body works lotion smelled really good to me but often times people told me I smelled like potpourri

I used to think I preferred horror or suspense. But I recently realized they make documentary style books (my favorite style of show to watch). And I’m already at 27 books for this year. I’m into trauma, wlw memoirs, true crime and psychology topics. Any recommendations? I’ve read and consumed so much over BTK and Gacy but I’d still take input if it’s on those two.

Edit to add some I’ve read this year
Murderland, in the Dreamhouse, making a psychopath, stay, sexy, don’t get murdered, never enough, black AF history, 90s bitch, murder in the Bayou, John Wayne Gacy, defending a monster, the body farm…

Trying to introduce a partner to the franchise. Not a full rewatch of the series but I’ve pulled out some good ones. Niche iconic moments. But I need more ideas. Long name sub wouldn’t let me ask so I hope it’s ok here.

I’ve done a lot of barb. Some Farrah. Some Rachel beavers and co. All the mumbling dads on 16&P.
