This is an order that i did but cancelled it 10 mins or so later, They say aliexpress has completed the refund and transfered the money to my financial institute and bank and they need time to proccess it and show it in ur bank portal, they gave me also an ARN number for proof.

I paid by mastercard thru paypal, i talked to paypal, gave them the ARN number but they say i need to take the refund ID, i asked Aliexpress , they said theres no such thing, theres only ARN code.

How to make sure? Is there another scam forming here ?

I got a free return label with ups in europe, returning a tablet , how to make it as scam proof as possible?

Ordered a phone with a good discounted price form a well rated seller with warehouse in europe, theyve sent me a wrong product , now they agreed for refund/return , but my question is, can i ask them to send me the same phone instead of refund ? Or can i ask them to let me order the same phone with the same price after the refund is complete ?

At the end of the day they were ok with sending me the phone which theyve messed up, and what would be the problem now for not sending it to me with the same price ?

First experience with AE, their warehouse is in germany, idk if this helps.

I disputed and sent the images of the packaging with the delivery label on it and the image of the wrong product, no unboxing video tho, those are all i have, bcuz this was my first ever order ive done on any chinese platform.

Aliexpress offered me the solution of full refund but then the seller gave his evidence , uplaoded an image of their tracking portal software (selling management or something like that) that shows the name / model of the product and the address it was sent to, my name , date and the delievery status, and wrote :"the product is shipped and its working" , something like that and asked me to provide the SKU ,Which the aliexpress agent said it means model name of the product.

Now theres a count down on the aliexpress offer of full refund, theres 2 options to accept the full refund, the second option is to upload more evidences, i contacted the chat icon on the seller profile to talk to them, an agent talked to me that sounds like ali express agent not the sellers, anyways i asked what does this all mean ? He said u showed enough evidence which are good enough to win (only the images of the packaging, the label on it and the wrong product) , he said the seller didnt provide a good argument to win, he said to me to DO NOTHING and just wait, he insists on the fact that he has experience, that i should trust him, the aliexpress decides not the seller, and that i just wait and do nothing.

This is my first time ordering anything on Ali, obviously the first time disputing also, now im not sure what ive heard from the agent, do u trust these agents ? Isnt he on seller side actually ? Since i found him in sellers profile chat icon, isnt he teying to sabotage me by saying do nothing ?

And finaly how all this works ? I explained what i see in my dispute page, whats the mechanisms behind the 2 offers, the countdown ? What happens if i do nothing ? Will i lose without the possibility of disputing again ? What evidences can i upload ? (Yesterday 3 hours after i disputed, ive recieved an email that said the seller doesnt agree and i have to provide evidences kike the dilevery portal datas and etc, emphasizing on UNBOXING VIDEO which i dont have bcuz how the fk would i know i need to record the unboxing ? Here ive never even seen anyone recieiving a wrong product, if so the platforms here happily get it back from u, they literally bend for u.

At the end, the agent insisted on me to uplaod a screenshot of the dispute page, i first uplaoded a screenshot from the page that lists the events that took place : me disputing => ali entering => ali giving me the offer => the seller refusing with the image of their selling management software and packaging tracking data.

Ive sent this page screenshot, he said no, close this page and take screenshot of the page behind it which is the pages that has a countdown and lower theres the choosing between the 2 offers that ali provided me, 1-giving more evidence 2-accepting the full refund and return.

Should i send him the screen shots ?
