MSI MAG 255F E20 Bright pixels

My 9 day old monitor has so much green dots on dark/black background. However its not noticeable on any other bright color. Should I return this since there is so much (apprx. 15 ±)

Monitor Banding (MSI 255F E20)

I just want to ask if this banding is normal for this monitor which is 10bit (8bit + Frc) since the banding was not as bad on my Phone (Nothing Phone 3a)

I use DP 1.2a and ran the monitor at 200hz, 10bpc, and RGB 4:4:4 Full with HDR off
