I work as the only frozen clerk at my store, we do not have a grocery ADM, so I do basically everything for my section for no extra money.I break the pallets, I work live load, I write my order, do my spot checks, pick list, manager specials, I have widdled my backstock down and am pretty much completely truck to shelf with a 97 OSA and have been consistently first and second in OSA in my district. All this, and they still expect me to do my Orchard in 4.5 hrs. I started in October, and I feel like I'm losing it, I want to quit so badly.
My store manager said that the more money our section makes, the more hours we get, but despite being 1,000 over my projected sales, I'm still being scheduled only 4- 4.5 hours 3x a week (on load days) and Sunday for 2 hrs to order. I have to beg for more hours, they change it for a week and then I'm back at 4 hours and I just don't have enough time to do anything. If anyone has any suggestions on what I can do, please let me know.
