I've come to a realisation that everyone's racist but they're just better at hiding it in public.

I might get downvoted, but this shit is true.

Yes, they may be trying to learn and be mindful but the moment they’re in their closed circles, they turn into the polar opposite of what they preach and start blabbering racist stuff.

I'm trying to find a romantic anime movie on Netflix, that has an amazing music album and sountrack.

Hi there. I'm trying to find a romantic anime movie that I watched a year ago on Netflix. I tried searching on the web to the best of my ability using Chatgpt.

Here's what I remember of the movie. It’s a music and sci-fi animated romance film. One of the main characters, likely the male lead, dreams of becoming a performer and eventually plays in a band during a concert. This movie has a really good music album. There are a lot of songs that play in the movie as well. The movie is so beautifully animated that it melts your heart, with a very emotional, heartwarming feel.

It's not Words Bubble Up Like Soda Pop, Whisper of the Heart, The Anthem of the Heart, or Your Lie in April.

edit: I am quite sure that the female lead is an astronaut and goes to space. There's a scene where the male lead, while playing for the concert, has some strange feelings regarding his female lover. She almost dies in space on some planet, but survives.

Any meditators here? How did you start your meditating journey? How has it changed you?

I really want to practice mindfulness. I’ve tried getting into meditation a few times, but somehow I lose momentum and stop within a week.

I’ve realized meditation can take many forms. It doesn’t have to mean sitting still with your eyes closed. It could be going to the gym, focusing deeply on work for a few hours, learning a language, playing music, or anything that fully engages your attention.

So, what impact has meditation had on your life?
