Assuming that Kyle Reese was just wounded and knocked unconscious and woke up to help Sarah crush or stop The Terminator, then he and her get arrested and questioned especially by the police and he gets involved later with blowing up the computer factory and a lot more unless he gets framed as the shooter by the police in the police station and arrested as a cover for it instead.

Did Dr. Loomis tell Michael that his parents died or faked their deaths out of shame of being related to hin or was he unaware?

surely he wondered why they quit visiting after a long period of time, Michael wouldn't grieve for long anyway.

How would Michael Myers be affected if someone shot him right near his lungs or in the general area and affected his ability to breathe or get oxygen?
