2025 was one of my most prosperous years, and I truly enjoyed it. One of the highlights was attending a remote IT bootcamp that I absolutely loved. During that time, I put a few ideas out there and found myself gravitating toward more refined, sophisticated sounds.

This playlist is the culmination of countless evenings spent studying and being on call. It’s a mix of high-level rappers and talented musicians, all tied together by a strong jazz influence. The overall vibe is smooth, blending rap with jazz and even touches of orchestral elements.

I’m a big cannabis enthusiast, and recently I’ve been getting into strains with more diverse terpene profiles—not just the typical gassy notes. Dank blueberry, grape, and gas profile

This one seems pretty rare, similar to Spritzer. It’s high on my list because of that Grape Gas and Blueberry Headband combo—it just sounds like a terp-heavy standout.

*Runtz × (Grape Pie × Miracle Alien Cookies)*

Sweet, fruity cherry-berry flavor with floral hints and a touch of black pepper on the exhale. I’m a fan of that candy-like Runtz profile, and mixing it with Miracle Alien Cookies and Grape Pie sounds like a perfect blend—possibly with some lemon pastry notes in there. Haven’t tried it yet, but it feels like a guaranteed hit. Supposed to be more social, uplifting, and giggly.

**Permanent Marker**

*Biscotti × Jealousy × Sherbet BX*

Leafly’s 2025 Strain of the Year, and from what I’ve seen, it lives up to the hype. It’s been popping up everywhere in both grow and smoking circles. With Biscotti and Jealousy in the lineage, it’s already a win for me. Expect soap-like funk with floral undertones.

**Grape Gas / Mellowz**

*Mellowz = Grape Gas × Spritzer*

Not much needs to be said about Grape Gas—it’s already well known. Mellowz, though, is an interesting cross recommended by another grower, combining two heavy hitters into what sounds like a super flavorful hybrid.

**Toad Venom**

*Animal Face × Sin Mintz*

A nationwide pick for Spring 2026. The genetics alone make it sound promising—definitely one to keep an eye on.

**Pineapple Mojito**

*Carambola × Lemon Limez*

Leafly’s California pick for 2026. It’s got a complex terp profile—minty, sweet pineapple, and a bit of spice. Some of my best smoking experiences have come out of California picks, so this one stands out to me.

**Miracle Alien Cookies (MAC)**

*Starfighter × Colombian*

Known for its citrusy, creamy lemon-pastry terp profile. A classic at this point and still worth revisiting.

**Lemon Cherry Gelato**

I’m a bit late to the Gelato wave and haven’t tried it yet, but this feels like a solid introduction strain—sweet, balanced, and widely loved.

**Blunt Recommendations**

* **Loose Leaf** – Russian Cream Gold, Gold, and others are solid. I’m especially interested in trying the Split Diamonds since they’re flavorless.

* **Brothers Broadleaf** – Great quality wraps. The Barrel Duds are solid, and I’m looking forward to trying the Vineyard Series. The Paxton wraps are mostly flavorless with a slight menthol finish.

* **Al Capone** – A classic, reliable option.
