A person who needs help
I am currently 16, I am 5’10 230lbs, and I am unhappy with my body. I have always been the bigger or fatter kid and I don’t want my life to be like this because I don’t enjoy how I look or how others look at me because of it, I want to be better. I’ve never been great at eating vegetables because of a stupid mental block that I’ve created around them but I try my best to blend various vegetables into a drink that I chug once a day. I want to be better and I want to know what I should change my diet to. I usually start my dad off with a coffee that has around 380 calories and 15g of protein. I skip breakfast and eat chicken and rice for lunch at around 11-12:30 depending on the schedule at school. Finally I’ll eat dinner around 7pm usually having chicken or some kind of meat+carbs and I’ve been trying to cut out all excess snacking. Overall I want to be better I want to feel better, I want to know how to start to become what I can be. Any help with the dieting or a workout plan or anything like how to maintain motivation would be greatly appreciated. I will take anything I can
