Gynormous mushroom in Romania, Easter Europe, tasted exactly like King Oyster
Bought this huge mushroom at a market from a very knowledgeable man, he told me what it's local name was but I completely forgot. I can't find anything on it.
It cooked and tasted exactly like King Oyster.
It was found in Transylvania, near Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
