37 f going through what I believe is perimenopause. Besides all of the manageable side effects, I have been getting mouth sores for the last six months 3-5 days before my period starts and they last through my period. They are on my tongue, gums, lips. I cannot eat or drink without my mouth hurting. They wake me up at night. What is everyone else who has these doing to help the pain and faster healing process?! I am desperate.. and hungry!
