Exactly what the title says.

I frequently drive motorcycle in my country, and this is my nth time in Vietnam. I always rent one whenever I visit, but this will be my first time doing the Ha Giang Loop.

I wanted to ask how safe it generally is, and whether it’s feasible to do the loop with a motorcycle under 50cc. That’s what I’m most comfortable driving due to my height and weight.

I’m also a solo female traveler, and I’d really like to do the loop on my own since I want the freedom to stop often and take photos whenever I want.

Is it generally safe for solo travelers? Can I easily book my own accommodations along the way? Are there enough restaurants or eateries where I can stop to eat during the trip?
