General consensus on him? I doubt many know who he is because I rarely see him brought up when it comes to Black heroes. He is basically a biological version of Cyborg, a US Marine that lost his family and was infected with a virus that gave him his powers. Then he went on to protect a quarantined New York that was under constant martial law perpetuated by a research company and a PMC.
