Banned out of nowhere
My partner, and by default myself somehow, got banned a few days ago.
Context:
There is not much context, I do not understand why my partner got banned and whenever I review the ban details it shows me bans from almost a year ago now. As for my account it was banned for being associated with my partners / states I was using an alt to avoid action taken on one account.
Thing is my partner and I do not have ANY information linked. Not our emails, phone numbers, nothing. We only have each other friended so we are at a lost as to why I got banned as well.
Another thing I'd like to state is that neither my partner or I had been online much that day either. I was playing a game yes but I was not interacting much with people and my partner wasnt either.
My partner's phone does have a history of ip banning itself however. We believe it ip banned itself because Roblox works on other devices + the same thing happened on instagram where he randomly got ip banned and cannot make a new account on his phone specifically without it banning.
Could anyone provide a point that maybe im missing or give me advice on how to appeal this decision?
