Mazda is extending the warranty for the rear brake pads due to some cars having a rear brake squeal, with their customer service program called CSP 14.
They have redesigned the rear brake pad to alleviate the issue. Anyone who has paid out-of-pocket can get reimbursed and anyone that is currently suffering from it can bring it in to have the brake pads replaced under warranty.
I myself am not affected however I will be bringing it into Mazda to get the redesign brake pad.
This is for CX90/70’s manufactured before November 19, 2025.
