I have a suspicion that the VTB's spawn won't just be sunny's shadow,it will be his first true/complete shadow.

When Sunny shifted his gaze and looked into the soul of the peculiar youth, all he saw was a boundless sea of darkness. It was not the vile darkness of the Corruption, though... it was the familiar, tranquil depth of a shadow. And in that darkness, four Shadow Cores were hidden like tenebrous suns.

They were different from the shattered dark embers that burned within Sunny's Shadows, though — instead, they were very much like his own, resembling flawlessly round spheres.

And just like his own, these Shadow Cores were Supreme.

This description of the spawn's soul and the clear distinction between its soul and the soul of his existing shadows.

Sunny will be able to rip out his own shadow cores and bestow them upon his shadows to make them true shadow creatures/shadow spawn similar to him.

As for vtb spawn i dont think sunny will kill him to recieve his last shadow, rather he would subjugate the spawn using his authority over shadow and shadow creatures.

The title of ch 2950 lord of shadows also makes me believe that this might happen. After all wasnt the spwan a shade when the bird stole him from sunny.

Or he might turn the spawn into a true shadow creature after killing it then giving it’s shadow four of his own shadow cores thus creating his first true shadow and binding it to him as well.

Sunny will learn how to create true shadows from his shadows by following VTB's example. This also means theres a way for him to turn his shades into true shadow creatures as well since the VTB turned a shade into a true shadow creature.

Even after calling his shades and his domain a liability in this fight this man still didn’t dismiss his remaining shades instantly. like genuinely why?

Unless he has like a secret trap planned with his shades that we don’t know about I don’t see any reason to keep them summoned and watch them being summoned by his enemy to fight on their side.

they are not even permanently dying that bird spawn is just stealing them from him since it’s a shadow creature like sunny who can copy some of his powers.

this way he’s gonna lose the shades the bird stole if he kills him and for some reason they are not transferred back to him.

So some nephis fans have been talking about how nephis can use the knowledge of corruption to defeat any current human supreme including sunny.

Heres all the counters sunny has to this.

1st Becoming deaf or bursting his ear dreams and becoming blind via using a memory he crafts. Pretty straightforward solution. Can be done on spot makes him immune to the names of corruption.

2nd Weaving.

Sunny can easily weave multiple memories capable of locking/sealing The knowledge of corruption or to prevent himself from hearing it.

Even if those cannot stop the knowledge from corrrupting him he still can

1. Weave the cursed enchantment of the sin of solace allowing him to retain some sanity after being corrupted.

2. Weave the mirror of truth memory to copy nephis’s longing ability.
   he can make multiple of copies of this one time use memory and making them out of supreme soul shards should greatly increase it’s longetivity. this will make him immune to corruption.

3rd Lets assume somehow nephis manages to corrupt sunny.

sunny would become a great titan and no he would not lose his domain nor his shadows And there will still be 7 of him.

some people may argue that nightmare creatures don’t have domains and only humans have them but thats Not true. Winter beast had a nascent domain as a corrupted titan and nightmare had his dream domain as a transcendent terror. Skin walkers vessels were Also a form of his domain and corrupted titan soul stealer possessed millions of vessels which is an also a form of a nascent domain. So I don’t see why sunny would lose his shades.

When the cohort and sunny got corrupted in the past they were merely ascended and hence lost their intelligence. If sunny got corrupted now however he would be capable of retaining much of his intelligence due to multiple reason.

1st we have seen great creatures like skinwalker and kanakht (I don’t remember which part) be able to talk.

2nd He is also a titan which would help him retain some of his intelligence.

also corrupting sunny might backfire on nephis severely as after becoming corrupted and turned into a great titan sunny could very easily become cursed.

this beacuse Ncs progress the path of corruption differently than humans so sunny could consume his entire domain including his shadows to become a cursed titan. (this is just a possibility I am not sure).

IIt’s also mentioned sunny’s very high resistance to corruption(not total immunity) so the corruption won’t be instantaneous rather gradual. He can easily shadow step away to the other side of the world or go to Fs and cook up some counter measure As mentioned above.
