Singing voice/lungs after Covid

Hello to get right to the point I had Covid 3 to 4 years ago twice I used to sing around the house a lot but not professionally. My voice was clear I was able to control it more and it felt freeing in order to sing or when I sing after I caught Covid twice I experienced my loss of control of my voice when I would sing notes it would have to be with more pressure or more force. There was no ease. My voice was choppy and hoarse a lot when I used to sing with ease before, now it requires a lot of pressure. I went to laryngitis and a speech therapist, and they both put a camera down my nose and they didn’t detect any damage to my vocals or polyps. I also was extremely out of breath whenever I would sing which was not normal before, which was never the case and I haven’t been to a pulmonologist yet to check my lungs, but I definitely will because if I’m not mistaken, I’ve heard that Covid can affect the lungs which thus can possibly affect the voice. It’s very frustrating when you feel something in your body that has changed and it’s hard to explain it to people, but if you guys know any doctors or have any knowledge on this topic please comments I would love the feedback thank you so much!!

Weed problems?

So I’ve been heavily using THC/weed in drink form and an edibles for some time I started April 2025 and then I stopped around January 2026 the reason being is I was about to consume a THC drink and then I noticed my chest felt like it was fluttering. It felt like it’s hard to explain, but it felt like an uncomfortable chest feeling where I had to jump or shake my arm or kick my leg in order to feel comfortable kind of like the feeling of fight or flight, but then it subsided a little but this occurred for months and it’s still going on, but not as strong being that I stopped using in January 2026 I went to a cardiologist. I got multiple tests one for my kidneys, one for my heart called an echocardiogram to be exact. I got in heart monitor and I wore it for two weeks and I got blood work and I did an exercise test and all of my test came back normal. I take beetroot and magnesium and omega fish oil to try to get the symptoms to stop. They subsided a lot and they’re not as strong but I remember when I stopped around January 2026 I noticed that I got out of breath more quickly and my heart would beat fast and more quickly so if you guys have any recommendations, please, please please help it’s hard because whenever I try to go to sleep and wind down and relax it’s like that feeling where it feels uncomfortable in my chest kind of a fighter flight feeling where I have to jump or shake a body part in order to feel comfortable because I can’t sit still with the uncomfortability in my chest. I would love to consume THC again being that I stopped drinking alcohol, I will admit I was abusing how much I was consuming, but my question is do you guys know any ways or have related to the feeling that I’m talking about and maybe some possible cures for that? and also, do you guys recommend using THC again or weed just in moderation maybe once every two weeks or twice a month instead of every day, also to add if this helps my blood pressure was high, but that’s expected from weed, another thing is whenever I consume caffeine such as coffee now it triggers that uncomfortable feeling in my chest like I’m sensitive to it now, but please help!!!😭😭
