Hey people who are smarter than I,

Inherited a 2017 accord with 10,000 mi on it (basically new) and car play is like too outdated to work or something. Can I play music from my phone through the usb port since there's no aux input? Just like basic music I could control pause/play FF from my phone but at least sound would come through? (yes I know there is bluetooth I'm just looking for something plug and play)

Also, any way to get built it nav? It isn't the nav trim. So hard to find info on these cars online
