So I've only been on like at most a couple hundred bus rides in my life so I don't know how often this happens, but I was on the 55 earlier today and I pulled the rope before the green line, driver didn't stop, then they skipped the next stop, so I just ended up yelling at the driver "HEY can you fucking STOP" and I was let off immediately mid block while other passengers for some reason started speaking up saying how "that girl rang it for the green line, I heard it, yup" lol.

But either way is that rude? I don't know what I'm supposed to do in that situation and I was already really close to being late escorting my friend to her Amtrak train. What should I have done?
