Lowering cockpit - how to pull this out?

I just want to lowering my cockpit for a few cm.
Does anyone know how I geht this thing out?
Or is it irrelevant when I cut it?

I just wanted to ask if somebody knows if there is any aero cockpit directly from cube which fits on the attain c62 SLT or somebody maybe done the change on their own bike 🧐
