hello! Ive been using vograce for a while now and recently ordered a large amount of stuff on 6th April but haven't received the proof yet :/ normally no matter what I get it after 3-4 days! it's been radio silent so far and I'm getting worried because I'll be at a con at the end of may and hopeful to have my things delivered before then!

I have emailed someone from Vograce that I've spoken to before to ask if I can just get the proof since it's been a bit of time and also gave them my con dates and also another order I made today!

is this normal for large orders?? I ordered mousepads and then just the usual charms and stickers!
