Placing in an order!

Hi guys
I’m in Australia, and I ordered a handbag from Taobao. It arrived within 10 days, and the quality was good.
Now I’ve been a temu person and recently discovered taobao. Before I blow $70 on this app, can someone pls confirm

  1. Are clothes from taobao worth it? I cannot find size options and I am in Australian size 10-12 (6-8 US) (165-170 china). I understand that default Chinese clothes may be suitable for petite women and was wondering if anyone has any experience in this regard?
  2. I’m placing in a massive order to redeem “free shipping over $50” , and previously I did not need to have my package consolidated as I got it delivered to a pickup point directly, will I have to consolidate this one considering it’s free and I am buying much more stuff?
  3. any other tips and past experiences are appreciated
    Thank you

Our neighbour is absolutely a pain and has been trying to ruin our lives since we purchased the property and moved in.
She has previously called the council multiple times when my brother was constructing and renovating the house. She accused him of improperly handling asbestos and the council visited us twice, both times found that he had a valid permit (he is a builder and has his own business) and in fact not mishandling it.
Her husband has previously mailed us a letter asking us to not talk to them in person due to her mental illness and disability, and the letter also contained concerns regarding our fence.
This time, she has complained to the ranger about our dogs. We have three dogs, all medium to large sized. They are all taken care of well, groomed regularly, have access to good food and clean water. They do not bark excessively, and if I had to choose a way to describe it, it's probably the same as an average dog. If someone unknown is at the door, or there's a bird in the yard which is not very often. Another neighbour next to us also recieved a notice from the council regarding their dog.
The Karen neighbour also has a dog. She also has a cat that's loitering around the neighbourhood everyday. On a regular basis, she comes up to the fencing on our property and starts swearing at our dogs, calling them "fcking cnts" when the dogs are just chasing a ball. Her dog is off-leash sometimes, shits in our yard and she does not pick it up.
Another neighbour across our property has reported that when no one was home, she come up to a little gate between our backyard and the front garden, starting rattling it, and stirring the dogs up.
Now I am quite concerned about this specific incident because it involves the dogs. We absolutely love them. Should we be concerned and can the council just ask us to remove the dogs? The dogs have also not bitten anyone, they are contained in our property. If the complain is "nuisance from dogs" how does the council monitor that?
Unfortunately we do not have CCTV but is that something we should put up and start collecting proof?
Please give me some advice. I'm sorry if this was a big dump of information. Thank you
