Prune's C2 says it gives her up to a 40% att increase, and her c6 gives her a flat +350. Do these count towards her 4000 attack cap?
edit: and I guess same question for her hex passive. Sorry if this is stupid, I've just seen people saying that certain buffs don't count towards it, like Nicoles.
Yes, I know this has been asked a billion times, but all those other answers don't quite fit my specific situation.
So, I have a c6r1 Varka(don't judge me), a high investment Durin, and plan on getting c2r1 Nicole.
First question, in reference to the above, is whether c6 Prune beats out c2Elegy Venti.
Second question, after all is said and done, is it possible to reach Prune's attack cap with TTDS(or is TTDS valuable enough that it's worth not hitting the cap)? A lot of people have been recommending putting TTDS on Nicole, but I plan on getting her sig, which I've heard is better. I got Atlas from the standard banner a while ago, and can use that if needed, but with what people have been saying about how hitlag can make TTDS viable for Varka, I was wondering if it's suitable for Prune over Atlas.
Bonus question: In the event TTDS is worth it for Prune over Atlas, does the hitlag thingy still work with c6 Varka?
