How to get enough protein daily
I’m 5’1 and 52kg down from 55, planning to go down another kilogram or two, I’ve worked hard to achieve my muscle growth and I’m really worried that this last push of weight loss will cause me to lose the muscle I’ve built if I’m not getting enough protein in. I’m eating between 1500-1000 calories a day, burning between 1200-1800 depending on whether it’s a rest day or not, and I can only seem to get 30-50g of protein in whilst maintaining that calorie range. How on earth are the gym girlies out here getting enough protein in? Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated:)
