Just got Nefer! Between R3 Lantern and R1 Frost, which one would be better for her?

Wasn't originally going to get Nefer, but I already have all her supports and no other Lunar DPS's, happened to win the 50:50 at around 45 pity! She's already one of my better-built characters artifact-wise, but not sure what weapon to give her.
