After 5 years of interruption, the pinned releases of the week are back with Origin of Trance Records' first compilation : Hidden Gems.

The releases of the week are meant to promote fresh new albums, eps and compilations to show that Goa is still alive and kicking.

The other day, u/demonfell asked for fast Goa trance tracks. He also said that he used to be into Goa Gil, who was a pioneer of darkpsy.

Therefore, people recommanded him hi-tech, darkspy and psycore tracks, as they ought to.

However, there have been attempts at making fast Goa trance these past few years, as some projects tried to blend hi-tech with Goa.

In 2015, Jaraluca released Solaris, a Goa trance track closer to 170 bpm.

Last year, legendary E-Mantra started experimenting with fast Goa. Most of the tracks are found on his Patron behing a paywall, but he did release a very nice EP entitled Feral.

Other projects, like Sky Technology or Nebula Meltdown, have also produced tracks that sound very fast.

My personnal wish is that they make more of it, that they push the boundaries.

It's not Goa but i'll allow it for obvious reasons.
