Need your opinion(s), Submitted my Supplemental Appeal for 4 conditions and VES called to schedule me a General C & P for all four. Each of my claims are already diagnosed on DBQ's just not Service Connected. My appeal corrects that but they are going to assign the same C & P doctor I had before that declined them all but Tinnitus, which wasn't her but an VA Audiologist.

Would you request a new C & P doctor?
Keep it as you know your info supplied now is substantially much more and better prepared (didn't know what I was doing first round, VSO either)?

I submitted a fully developed Supplemental Appeal just 7 days ago for my initial claim being denied for basically doing a poor job intiailly by my VSO's connecting it to service. I had new NEXUS and TERA et, Buddy letters etc.. All my claims were diagnosed at the initial C&P's just nor service connected.

Now I just got a call from VES for a General C&P exam schedule but on VA.GOV there is nothing except the fact they received my supplemental. Does this seem very fast and also the fact no update on VA?
